These terms apply to this website and to the mobile applications published by Purple Compass Digital, a business registered in Malaysia under registration number 202603197219 (IP0629581-X). By using our website or any of our applications you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our applications on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute our applications or their content, except where the law expressly allows it.
Applications downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store are also subject to the terms of that store. Where a store term conflicts with these terms for a matter the store controls, such as refunds or billing, the store term applies.
Where an application offers a paid subscription, the price, billing period and renewal behaviour are shown in the application before you buy, using the price supplied by the store for your country. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You cancel through your Google Play or Apple account settings, not through us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Google and Apple under their own policies. We can help you with a request, but we cannot process a refund ourselves.
We take care that the information in our applications is correct and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, our applications are provided for general information. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial or religious advice, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for advice from a qualified person or from an official source.
We aim to keep our applications working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change or discontinue an application. If we discontinue an application that carries an active paid subscription, we will give notice inside the application before we do.
The name Purple Compass Digital, our logo, our application designs, and the original text and graphics inside our applications belong to us. Third party material used under licence remains the property of its owner.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our applications, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we will give notice in the affected application before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
